I'm Manan Qayas — the founder and fractional CTO behind Transivone.

Before founding Transivone, I spent years building and leading technology for organizations across healthcare, working at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, and product development.


I started Transivone because I saw the same pattern over and over: healthcare companies that were brilliant at clinical care or health tech innovation, but struggling to build the technology foundations to support their growth. They needed CTO-level thinking, but couldn't justify a $500K+ full-time hire.


That's where I come in. As your fractional CTO, I bring the strategic leadership of a full-time executive — architecture decisions, security posture, AI readiness, team direction — at a fraction of the cost. You work directly with me, not a junior associate.

I hold a Master's in Engineering from the University of Windsor and am deeply focused on the specific challenges healthcare technology presents: compliance, patient data protection, interoperability, and the responsible adoption of AI.
